Our Story

 

Years ago Genna was diagnosed with Celiac disease. Married to a devoted chef and pasta addict and both of them being Italian this was a tragedy at first. It has now led them to being Philadelphia areas premium gluten free pasta company. Settantatré is a pasta company born from the idea everyone should enjoy fresh hand made pasta. Chef Matt worked in various Philadelphia kitchens including Panorama, Parc, Lacroix and Ela honing his skills as a chef. Our pasta was also featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer by Craig Laban as some the best gluten free pasta he has tried.
